Lexus and Towleroad hit the road for a revealing rendez-vous in Provincetown
Lexus and Towleroad magazine have partnered up to launch a brand new video series called “AskTell ACT Series Presented by Lexus,” which profiles personalities who have settled into Provincetown, Massachusetts.
The scenic New England spot at the tip of Cape Cod known as “Ptown” is a popular tourist attraction, known for its breathtaking views and melting pot of culture. It’s also home to creators, curators and connectors who have used the town’s natural setting as a backdrop to turn their dreams into reality.
Thanks to Lexus, Towleroad spent last summer in Ptown getting to know some of the people who have set up shop in this unique place. In this new video series we discovered what drives these passionate people, celebrating their off-the-beaten-path approach to life.
Through music and beautiful imagery of the waterside scenery, Lexus takes us to this free-spirited place that may feel like a visit to another planet, but is only a quick drive away.
The videos star the Lexus GS350 as supporting actor to bevy of talents who steal the spotlight. Through music and beautiful imagery of the waterside scenery, Lexus takes us to this free-spirited place that may feel like a visit to another planet, but is only a quick drive away. The videos add art and soul to the beautiful scenery and really give viewers a glimpse into the hearts of the people who make the town come alive.
Towleroad magazine’s founder Andy Towle, a poet, photographer, editor and bartender whose ahead-of-his-time vision has turned the publication into a global sensation.
Episodes in the series include profiles of Rob and Loic, a couple who fell in love, quit their jobs and opened their dream restaurant. It also features the founder of Towleroad magazine, Andy Towle, also a poet, photographer, editor and bartender whose ahead-of-his-time vision has turned the publication into a global sensation.
This video also introduces us to Josh Patner, a former NYC fashion executive who left the rat race to open his dream boutique in Ptown. His shop, called Loveland, is everything that its title suggests: a meeting place where art, design and most importantly the colorful personalities of the town’s summer inhabitants come together. Patner says the shop reflects “my own story of Provincetown,” one told with objects influenced by Patner’s long career in design, retail and journalism. In his own words, his store is “a pirate ship, because the shop to me is a treasure trove of bounty from far away.”
In this case, however, it’s the Lexus luxury sport coupe that has taken us to the bounty that is Ptown.
Make sure to check it out for yourself; you don’t want to miss this exclusive opportunity to escape to such a magical world.
