Alternate with thyme infusions or grated ginger infusions with a bit of honey (ginger is the ideal energy booster).
Both the Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) and the ginseng (Ginseng panax), are powerful energy boosters and they work fast.
Be cautious though since these drinks are not recommended if you have cancer. These plants have the property to activate cell proliferation.
Treat yourself and your children to an anti-fatigue porridge made with oats and oats milk.
You may want to add some dark honey and dried fruits (apricot, fig, banana) as well as some almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts and sesame seeds.
This porridge is recommended for 3, 5 or 10 days maximum in order not to loose its “starter” benefit.
Remember to add these ingredients to your breakfast :
Royal jelly (Super nutrient rich in vitamins, minerals and oligoelements) is used to fight fatigue, stress and common colds. The late emperors of China used it as a secret tool for longevity and strength. A 3 weeks cure is recommended. Not recommended for cancer patients.
Vitamin C with Acérola (Malpighia punicifolia) tablets is also a very efficient anti-fatigue. Unlike the synthesized vitamin C, this natural product comes from a little cherry from Barbados. It easily increases your energy by a power of ten.
Finally, avoid orange juice in the morning since it impairs digestion for the rest of the day.
