Avocado

This fresh and creamy green fruit can contain as much as 82% water in addition to its high omega-3 fatty acid content, making it the ultimate moisturizer for your body.

Watermelon

Low in sugar and containing at least 92% water, just a few pink cubes promote healthy hydration on a warm spring day. Try tossing a few cubes with some fresh basil, balsamic, and feta for sweet and tangy salad.

Cucumber

When we think of refreshing foods, cucumber immediately comes to mind. In addition to cucumber’s natural ability to gently support the body’s pH balance, a high Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and folic acid content makes this vegetable a clean green powerhouse.
