Vital Dôme Japanese style sauna treatment

Studies have shown that infrared heat is the most beneficial, helping to cleanse the body of harmful toxins.

In the mood for detox?
Need to reenergize the body?
Maybe you just feel like having a Japanese style sauna treatment?
Vital Dome may give you the opportunity to fulfill a need to recalibrate the body.

We met Alexandra Gasevitch, the founder of Vital Dome, to find out more about this amazing treatment.

The machine elevates the internal body temperature to the point where the body can eliminate heavy metals and other toxins that are stored in the deep fat tissues.

What is Vital Dome?
A space that we designed where you get long Infrared waves. They are a particular type of light and are totally danger-free.
You slide into the dome (the head remains outside), a cozy tunnel which gradually heats up. For the next 30 to 40 minutes, the sweating effect will prove extremely beneficial to your body.

We provide the skin (the largest organ of the body) with elimination properties.

What are its benefits
Relaxes the muscles.
Increases Fluid Circulation (beneficial for the veins).
Stimulates the immune system.
Heals cuts and scars. (many clients use the Dome before and after surgery)
Improves the health of the arteries by releasing toxins and increasing blood flow in the entire body.

Where can we find it?
In France, you can find it at the Vital center.  And maybe soon in various spas that are interested in acquiring it.

My main principle is to find one’s own balance… in everything.

What is your wellness routine?
In the morning: I drink a glass of lemon juice. I practice the 5 Tibetan rules of Yoga then I run for about 30 minutes.
I get a dome treatment three times a week. I eat mostly raw foods and some meat but on rare occasions.
I can be a “bon-vivant” if I have to. My main principle is to find one’s own balance… in everything.
