Try it for yourself! Ziggie outlined instructions to her Zone Face Lift Jet Lag Remedy: try these techniques in front of a mirror. They can be done with or without a facial oil or serum.

  • Using both thumbs press upwards underneath the inner part of the eyebrows for the Occipital points to relax the neck. Press in for 3 seconds and repeat 3 times.
  • Next, use your index or middle fingers to smooth firmly across the 1cm area above both eyebrows for the Sinus reflex. Slide from the center outwards, stopping at the end of the eyebrows. This technique can be extended over the entire forehead to reduce tension, fine lines, and wrinkles. It also helps the lymphatic system to drain away toxins and any puffiness in the face.
  • Using a middle finger gently use the pad circling in an anti-clockwise spiral in an oval shape in the centre of the forehead for the hypothalamus point which helps reset sleep patterns and calm any busy thoughts.
  • Finally, stimulate the Adrenal points in the centre of both cheeks for 3 seconds and repeat 3 times to help reduce stress and rebalance the body.

Though this particular treatment is not product-based, adding a divine smelling oil to nourish the skin is rather lovely and adds a little something extra.

First, I use both facelift massage and facial reflexology techniques for a minute a day. I then thoroughly cleanse my face with a paraben-free cleanser like REN Rosa Centifolia Foam Cleanser.
