Green Tea for Eyes Allergies? let green tea remove the puffiness

This week we have lots of beauty tips for you. Read more on our Editor’s Picks page!

The flowers have bloomed, and so have my allergies. My blue eyes are watery and swollen. Thankfully, I have a few tricks up my sleeve. If you are suffering from allergies too, try these tips:

  • Look for a natural eye gel containing green tea. The polyphenols in green tea increase circulation and decrease swelling and dark circles. I am using Leroux Creek Spa Soothing Eye Gel, which also contains aloe, camomile and carrot seed oil. Keep it in the refrigerator for an added cooling effect.
  • Follow with two organic tea bags that have been seeped in warm water and cooled to room temperature, and apply to eyes for ten minutes.
  • Now go smell the roses and look great doing it.

Sending glowing wishes,
